Funding and support
A smarter, more flexible way to fund your family law matter
Separation is hard enough without worrying about how to pay for advice. We have partnered with JustFund, Australia's only dedicated provider of flexible funding for family law legal fees, so that cost is not the reason someone goes without proper representation.
Eligible clients can access a flexible line of credit to cover legal fees and expenses relating to a separation or relationship property matter. There is nothing to repay until your matter settles, so you are not asked to find money upfront at the point it is hardest to do so. Contact us to talk through whether it suits your circumstances.

Palm Law Group is also on the panel of preferred lawyers for Legal Aid Queensland and Legal Aid New South Wales. If you have a grant of legal aid in either state, get in touch and we can talk through how we may be able to assist.
