OUR TEAM
Meet The Team Behind Palm Law Group.
Our team is focused on providing clear communication, compassionate support and practical family law guidance tailored to each client's situation.

Legal Practitioner Director
Elodie Drevelle
Elodie leads Palm Law Group as its sole Director, having taken full ownership of the firm in 2025 after working alongside its founder, Julann Tiernan. The rebrand from Tiernan Family Law to Palm Law Group marks the firm's next chapter: a continuation of Julann's legacy, reshaped around Elodie's own vision for what considered, modern family law looks like on the Gold Coast.
Originally from New Caledonia, Elodie studied business in France before migrating to Australia in 2011. She holds a Juris Doctor and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University, and has practised exclusively in family law for nine years. She speaks fluent English and French, and her clients tend to recognise her by accent before they have finished the first introduction.
Her approach is calm, practical and clear. She believes families navigating separation deserve advice that is both strategic and human, and costs that are agreed before the work begins. Every matter at Palm Law Group is handled on a fixed-fee basis, so clients can focus on the path forward rather than the bill at the end.
Outside the office, Elodie is mum to George, the firm's resident support officer, and is most likely to be found somewhere along the coastline that gives the firm its name.
